Product Information:
20x20 Draped Tent Rental
Tent Size: 18' × 40' — requires a minimum 22' × 40' setup area.
Includes:
- 20' × 40' tent structure & tarp
- White top tarp & draping
- Back panel with draping
- Side swaging on poles
- 2 Chandelier
- Open sides
- Setup & teardown
Table Capacity:
- 60" Round:6-8 tables
- 6' Rectangle: 7-9 tables
Available Colors: White, Ivory, Black, Gold, or custom color (1-month advance notice required).
Setup Requirements:
- Grass or concrete only. No dirt/mud.
- Keep clear of trees, branches, bushes, structures, furniture, vehicles, and power lines.
- Draped canopies cannot be installed on dirt.
- Grass anchoring uses stakes up to 36".
- Utilities and irrigation must be clearly marked.
- Concrete setups require water barrels and a water source within 50 ft.
Weather Policy: Tents cannot be installed during extreme weather/high winds and must be evacuated if conditions become unsafe. We reserve the right to cancel any rental that presents a safety or damage risk.
