Setup Requirements
- Keep clear of trees, branches, bushes, structures, furniture, vehicles, and powerlines.
- Grass anchoring uses stakes up to 36".
- Utilities and irrigation must be clearly marked.

Delivery
- We deliver to Anaheim, Fullerton, Yorba Linda, and surrounding areas (delivery fee calculated at checkout)
Weather & Safety Policy:
- Tent cannot be installed during extreme weather or unsafe wind conditions. If conditions become unsafe during the rental, the tent must be evacuated.
- Tents are designed for shade & light coverage only not guaranteed to be waterproof or windproof.
- Tents may be not set up or removed if winds exceed safe limits. Decisions are based on real-time conditions, not forecasts, and are made at our discretion
- Incase of rain, you can reschedule your rental without any additional costs, provided you give a 24-hr notice.
We reserve the right to cancel or modify any rental that presents a safety, weather, or property-damage risk.
