Tent Size: 18' × 30' — requires a minimum 22' × 34' setup area.
Includes:

Table Capacity:
- 60" Round: 4–6 tables
- 6' Rectangle: 5–7 tables

Setup Requirements:
- Grass or concrete only — no dirt or mud
- Area must be clear of trees, branches, bushes, furniture, vehicles, solid objects, gazebos, and power lines.
- Grass anchoring uses stakes up to 36".
- Utilities and irrigation must be clearly marked before arrival.
- Customer is responsible for required permits.
- Alternative anchoring may require additional fees.
Weather Policy: We cannot set up tents during extreme weather or high winds. If conditions are unsafe, we may cancel the rental and issue a raincheck. Tents are not designed for extreme weather and must be evacuated during high winds.
